Order Confirmation & Payment
To ensure a smooth and accurate order process, all required order details, including payment information, must be provided at the time your order is submitted.
For your convenience, your payment method will only be charged once your order has been completed and is ready for shipment.
After your order has been received, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your purchase details. Any approved updates, revisions, or cancellation requests will also be confirmed in writing via email to ensure clear and accurate communication throughout the order process.

Business Credit Terms
Qualified business customers placing orders can request payment terms during checkout by selecting "Pay by Terms" as their preferred payment option.
Approval is subject to a credit evaluation and account verification. In some cases, establishing a previous purchasing history with PickAwards may be required before payment terms can be extended.
Purchase Orders
Organizations that purchase through a Purchase Order (PO) process may also request payment terms during checkout by selecting "Pay by Terms."
Approved educational institutions and government agencies may be eligible for extended payment terms. After placing your order, please email a copy of your authorized Purchase Order to [email protected] so our team can complete the verification process.
Order Processing & Production
Every order is carefully reviewed and produced to ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
Your estimated delivery date is determined by combining the following stages:

Standard Processing
Most orders are reviewed and prepared for production within 1–2 business days after they are received.
Certain products that require specialized manufacturing or decoration may have longer production schedules. Any additional production time will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Artwork Review & Approval
For customized products that include logos, graphics, or personalized artwork, our design team will prepare digital proof for your review before production begins.
Artwork proofs are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Production will begin only after final artwork approval has been received.
Proof Approval Policy
To help ensure your requested delivery date is met, we encourage customers to review and approve artwork proofs as soon as possible.
If no response is received within 48 hours after the proof has been sent, PickAwards reserves the right to move the order into production using the submitted artwork to avoid unnecessary production or shipping delays.
Shipping Information
At PickAwards, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, on time, and with the highest level of care. Our shipping process is designed to provide dependable service while supporting environmentally responsible shipping practices whenever possible. To ensure successful delivery, all orders must include a valid physical street address.
Delivery Schedule
Standard deliveries are made on regular business days, Monday through Friday. If you require Saturday delivery or another expedited shipping option, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order so we can review the available options.
